Our founders JP and Alex, went plant-based in the same week. Having grown up in a meat-loving Greek-Cypriot family, this was a choice that surprised everyone that knew them, including themselves. They were ignited by a passion for the planet, and with it making plant-based food a supremely delicious, easy and positive choice for all. Building allplants as a B-Corp was a no brainer for the brothers, uniting profit, planet and people with their love of good food.
The allplants family has come a long way since we first opened our doors back in 2017. What started off as a team of three – cooking meals in a rented kitchen space in East London – has grown to over four million meals served to homes UK-wide and 180 talented team members (and counting), across 14 teams and our two offices, The Veg Patch and The Greenhouse.
We conduct an annual Diversity & Inclusion ‘health check’ to listen to our team’s experiences, to hold ourselves accountable and to ensure transparency and openness in our dialogue. We acknowlege that this is a never-ending journey and that we need to work extra-hard to make sure our team is as representative of wider society as possible.
